本片由三个关于自杀的故事组成。Fumiko到伍先生的公司当会计，发现伍先生及其妻行为怪异，其后才知两人已于两周前自杀死去。故事二：Gigi发现悟空与她的死党佩佩相恋，一怒自杀，死后才发现悟空故意令她自杀以图夺取她的保险金。故事三：维修电梯的Lift皇因狂热工作而冷落了妻子阿菲，在Gigi安排下阿菲竟想自杀，幸得Lift皇及时将她救回。。年前，许知意和陆南风大学毕业后，携手一起创业。正当两人事业迎来曙光，憧憬未来的幸福生活时，陆南风却被检查出心脏病，如果不换心脏，将会迎来死亡。许知意为了爱人能活下去，毅然决然选择将自己的心脏换给陆南风，而自己则更换了人工心脏。。Some of the most horrifying creatures on the planet are ones that are too small to see!
