讲述了以自我为中心的娱乐主持人何一在一次访谈节目中出现失误，因此事业生涯断送，并且背负上巨额债务 ，感情事业此时遭遇双重危机，为了拿到钱还债，何一只能硬着头皮帮朋友的火锅店从拉萨运牦牛，但因为托运手续出现问题，何一只能连哄带骗的让牦牛主人郝凡陪自己自驾将牦牛带回重庆，本应该是一场简单的运输，途中却频频遭遇意外，两人在川藏之路上演另类无厘头喜剧。。以“庆丰收、促和美”为主题，选取全国各地文化艺术类、丰收特产类、榜样人物类等农民，通过推介家乡、展示才艺互动参与节目竞演，让最多优秀的农民登上“中国农民丰收节晚会”的舞台。。A criminal court judge starts a running club on L.A.'s notorious skid row.
