In the near future, Norway is occupied by Russia on behalf of the European Union, due to the fact that the newly elected environmental friendly Norwegian government has stopped the all important oil- and gas-production in the North Sea。天龙芯片集团董事长沈云，重回1997年妻子自杀的当天。沈云救下了妻子后，通过一系列事件赚钱改善了妻女生活，同时布局芯片行业，为国争光。最终妻子认识到了他的改变，原谅了沈云。沈云也终于让妻女跟他都过上了好日子，弥补了前世遗憾。。
