We can witness a tragedy or lay down into the shadows with a feeling that it's not our problem.。两名黑警作恶的时候，击伤了过路群众Taylor。黑警开枪的时候用的是警用配枪，弹头还留在Taylor体内。Taylor被送入创伤中心救治后，两名黑警慌了起来，想取回弹头，消除罪证。于是黑警们利用警察身份做掩护，在创伤中心里寻找Taylor。Taylor自然不会坐以待毙，在创伤中心里，竭力和黑警们周旋，寻找机会反抗自救……。
