一向不景气的豫剧团接到了一个振奋人心的消息：香港某集团邀其演出。然而就在启程之际团长遇意外身亡，豫剧团随之解散。剧团里的三个好兄弟：马三、刘兵和四海亦随之失业。 马三失业后，无奈下只好把斗鸡作为谋生手段，其妻大红一人分做两份工，一心想着出国；四海妻子素梅去了深圳发展，四海贩起了狗，夫妻间渐渐疏离；刘兵靠老丈人的钱开了间相馆，可他却不满足业余摄影师的现状。 生活所迫下，三个男人开始慢慢适应新的环境。他们的困惑也在改变中越积越厚，但是，生活的真相或许本是如此……。大自然源源不绝的淡水资源，竟正在以惊人的速度消失。作为极限垂钓爱好者及生物学家的杰里米•韦德，他因调查动物世界中的河中巨怪神秘鱼类而闻名，这一次他将深入世界各地，探寻河流陷入危机的重要证据。他出发至亚马逊、恒河、密西西比、多瑙河、赞比西亚的江河脉搏，了解开采和污染是如何导致了人类的命脉及大鱼们的家园遭到破坏。。A group of young pilots in a remote region of the Canadian wilderness begin to hear strange reports over their radios about planes crashing, cars stalling and a deadly plague which has gripped the planet. It becomes clear that earth is in the midst of an invasion. The group of pilots decide to barracade themselves in a cabin deep in the woods and wait for their impending doom.。
