四方台监狱这次遇到了空前危机，因为地势非常的低洼，又由于遇到了大雨连天，导致发生了洪水，随时都有可能被淹。领导迅速作出决定将一万多名犯人转移，保证他们的生命安全。在转移过程中，大家都要坐船。犯人刘金贵起了贼心，噗通一声跳入了水里，大李看他要逃跑，也随之跳了进去。之后船撞到了暗礁搁浅，船上的人都被搁置在了一个孤岛上。在这里人们露出了本性，有色狼、有斗殴的、还有精神病。他们能否逃离这个地方？。A group of young offenders are delivered to an island for a week of character building exercises after one of their fellow inmates commits suicide..
