《三国志》，是围绕公元200年左右，中国后汉时期，魏蜀吴三国争夺天下霸权、群雄割据的相关史实整理而成。这次的电影则是同时担任剧本工作的福田导演，在《三国志》的基础上，增添了新解释的作品。。In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip.
