柯里南、三鸡、大春、包子、梁皮是从小玩到大的兄弟。因为加入帮会，柯里南身陷囹圄被判刑20年。在狱中，阿南认识了一个白发老者，他将象征江湖龙头地位的至高信物交给柯里南，让他出狱后带着信物去找自己的女儿十三。随即，江湖风暴来临。金木水火土五大堂口也展开了一场龙争虎斗。与现实社会有严重隔绝感、沉默寡言的老大柯里南被迫带领着兄弟们背水一战....。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
